Preloaded Reservoir Transport, Viscous Survival, Replenishment Debt, and Core Dilution
CSP-06 reduces the stale mid-strain event to a model-cone-deviation-or-PRELOAD dichotomy. The PRELOAD branch represents: the strain-gradient capacity needed to support a later mid-strain spike already exists at the half-layer Besov escape instant τ_t. CSP-06 further proves excess preload must lie at UV depth. The remaining question: can a UV preload reservoir simply survive to the later spike without paying any additional dynamical cost? The answer: only if its initial amplitude grows exponentially with viscous age. This round proves CSP-06's PRELOAD branch splits into either exponentially amplified legacy-stock survival, or a quantitative high-frequency Duhamel replenishment debt; the replenishment debt further splits into strain–vorticity model residual forcing or high-frequency vorticity parent forcing, giving a partial source–state synchronization theorem. Derives a viscous-turnover law for super-parabolic micro-packing and a Type-I core-dilution energy budget.
