Unified Reservoir/Alignment Cover, Exponential Preload Audit, and Cycle-II Closure
CSP-07 reduces the main residual mechanisms to five: EXP-PRELOAD, D_DISSREP, D_INDEX, D_DILUTE, D_SRCSTATE^res. This round asks: can these mechanisms be fully covered by the standard PDE protections accumulated across Cycle I and Cycle II? The answer: partially, but not fully. D_INDEX, this residual coordinate, can be absorbed — absorbing large shell-index mismatch into approximate-eigenfunction synchronization or core dilution; derives a general Type-I dilution-profile sparsity theorem; adds Cheskidov–Shvydkoy low-mode driver action and Cheskidov–Dai terminal high-shell activity as a two-sided dissipation-range necessity filter; proves a functional-analysis NO-GO: energy plus instantaneous critical Besov amplitude cannot bound the preloaded strain Ḣ¹ reservoir. Candidate dynamic cover v2 is still incomplete. Cycle II ends with an explicit four-mechanism residual core (exponentially amplified preload, dissipation-range replenishment, core dilution, source/state multiplicity) — matching exactly the residual set that the next round, NS-DRC, opens by addressing.
Relationship to the rest of the series, stated as closely as possible in the document's own words, not my interpretation.
