Navier–Stokes Diffuse Carrier Rigidity Program · Cycle VIII · 55/55 built · global regularity OPEN

NS-DCRP is a continuous research chain advanced round by round through correction: each round directly audits, corrects, or extends the conclusions of the previous one — not a collection of independent topics. The original numbering runs from 01 to 59; this page groups them into seven thematic phases below for easier sequential reading, but the backbone remains a single dependency chain. DCRP is the direct continuation of the previous program, NS-MORP (Minimal Obstruction Rigidity Program, Cycle VII) — MORP-05's final round proved that the ultimate surviving obstruction is a "minimal, zero-tax, kernel-saturated diffuse carrier," and explicitly handed off at its close to "NS-DCRP: Navier–Stokes Diffuse Carrier Rigidity Program" — which is exactly where the name DCRP comes from; the two sub-lines are the two halves of one continuous research line. DCRP itself is Cycle VIII — confirmed later, when building NS-IDRP, from IDRP-01's own opening text ("DCRP Cycle VIII closes with a surviving normal form"), continuing onward through IDRP (IX) → NS-TSKR (X) → NS-RKAP (XI).

Correction: this page previously stated incorrectly that the original files for rounds 01 and 02 "exist only as .zip archives and could not be built into standalone pages" — while building the NS-RMRM sub-line, it was discovered that the release.zip bundles for DCRP-01 and DCRP-02 each in fact contain the complete paper .md (identical bundle structure to every round from 03 onward); the earlier build of this page simply never unpacked those two archives to check — the files were never actually missing, this page's own oversight — now unpacked and built, and the correct, complete starting point of the DCRP series is 01, not 03. Honest disclosure of a different kind of gap: rounds 15 and 56–58 are repeatedly cited by later rounds (for example, DCRP-16 explicitly continues from "the gap left by DCRP-15," and DCRP-59 explicitly cites DCRP-56/57/58), but no corresponding files exist in the original delivered folder — they may be lost, or may exist unopened inside some .zip archive not yet checked. This category is a genuine data gap, not an oversight on this page's part.

Correction: this page previously stated that the 117 cross-reference files contained in NTLA-O were two parallel theoretical perspectives on this same batch of numbered papers — after checking frontmatter file by file, the actual situation is: of the 73 additional files found in the NTLA-O folder, 10 are the original Chinese-filename versions of NTLA-O's own nine-paper series (not new content), and the remaining 63 are genuinely new research self-identified as an "Independent Navier–Stokes Research Series" — of which DCRP43-58 is a same-numbered parallel branch to this sub-line's own rounds 43–58, and from DCRP60 onward the source text itself states "the DCRP/X72 compound numbering formally begins here," continuing through to DCRP105/X72-R88. This has been built as its own independent sub-line, NS-INRS (63 files) — not 117 files running parallel to this one.

Early Supply Chain (Rounds 01-14)

Starting from the diffuse carrier that survived MORP Cycle VII: first proves entropy itself is not an obstruction, finds the genuine concentration-recovery mechanism and cross-scale interaction graph (DCRP-01/02), then replaces the original tax-accumulation route with log-model-cone debt, progressively tightening the dissipation-boundary supply shell from an instantaneous frequency marker into a genuinely historically-causal nonlinear Navier–Stokes ancestry, finally building a finite-dimensional divergence-free trace window.

Local Capture and Critical Supply (Rounds 16-19, round 15 missing)

Continuing after DCRP-15 (absent from the original source folder): assembles the local supply sequence into a genuine MORP-compatible stopping rule, then reduces the untaxed supply to a short list of mechanisms, turning toward the coercive filtered-vorticity-stretching route.

Filtered Vorticity and Subgrid-Scale Energy (Rounds 20-26)

Progressively excludes zero-cost escape branches (far-field harmonic jets, ultra-short time spikes, affine profiles, two-work coercivity), continuing to compress the blow-up branch toward critical-reservoir/compactness escape.

Type-II Euler Reprofiling and Kelvin Circulation (Rounds 27-34)

Reprofiles the kinetic-energy Type-II branch into an Euler/Euler-Reynolds defect object, proves the atom-free backward-ancient Euler recurrence branch is the genuine surviving state, then shifts from energy bookkeeping to the Kelvin/Weber circulation invariant.

Affine Jets and Vorticity-Covariance Rigidity (Rounds 35-42)

Localizes the unavoidable vortex-stretching source to a finite annular region, reduces it to a finite-dimensional affine strain jet, then progressively classifies the rank of its vorticity-covariance matrix (from general rank down to rank-one, rank-two), finally deriving the normal form of a moving pancake jet and its scalar PDE.

Sheet/Pancake Geometry and Viscous Lower Bounds (Rounds 43-54)

Starting from an anchored-shear cocycle, progressively proves a coherent sheet must occupy an exponentially vanishing material fraction, identifies the correct codimension-one vorticity-flux carrier, finally builds a viscous thickness floor for a general curved material sheet tube, and proves the Gaussian-Batchelor core is not self-sufficient, requiring supply from a finite matching annular region.

Frontier: Dynamic-Invariance Testing (Rounds 55, 59)

Shifts from "is the static matching manifold kinematically compatible" to "is it actually invariant under genuine locally-self-similar Navier–Stokes dynamics" — rounds DCRP-56/57/58 are cited repeatedly by DCRP-59, but no corresponding files exist in the original source drop; honestly marked as missing, not an oversight on this page's part.
