RH-W-20: Batch 01 Integration and AI Autonomous Mathematical Research Platform Case 0001 Release

The twenty-round relay is officially sealed. The Riemann Hypothesis remains an unsolved Millennium Prize problem; its standard statement is that all non-trivial zeros of the zeta function lie on Re(s)=1/2. Batch 01 only studies a finite engineering branch of the Weil quadratic form and explicit formulas, neither proving nor disproving it. This package bundles the twenty research nodes, dependency graphs, claim ledgers, failure-correction records, and trust boundaries into a platform-importable Case 0001, handing the baton to Batch 02.

RH_CLAIM = false — The claim status output by the release manifest in the package itself, reproduced exactly as is. "The value of the first batch lies not in pretending to reach the finish line, but in completely preserving a research path that makes mistakes, makes corrections, and can be replayed by the next AI or human."
