RH AI Research Starting Point v2.3: Batch 01 Archive and Case 0001

The integration package includes the complete contents of W-20 and adds platform_case_0001/ for direct import by the "AI Autonomous Mathematics Research Platform" (see the independent page Case 0001). It completes the first batch of twenty relay rounds from RH-W-01 to RH-W-20 —— the Research Starting Point series itself also concludes with this version, edition 23/23.

This package simultaneously preserves the old README files of v2.0, v2.1, and v2.2, reproduced as-is without deletion; only the archive summary truly corresponding to v2.3 itself—which is also the final version of the entire Research Starting Point series—is rendered here. The relevant files in RH_W_20_工程包_v0.1/ merged into this package are identical to those on the W-20 page, and the platform_case_0001/ folder is identical to the Case 0001 page; only the filenames are listed here for verification. The respective records/ historical archive subfolders of W-18 and W-19 (carried over from v2.1 and v2.2, with unchanged content) are likewise not listed repeatedly.
