The integration package includes the complete content of W-10 (along with two continuation documents from v1.2). v1.2 only records "approaching the log3=d+4h boundary"; v1.3 analytically resolves the boundary itself—precisely deriving p₃(μ)=-log3/√3·(μ₊/h)⁷/7!, proving that this is a seventh-order soft seam that is C⁶ but not C⁷, rather than a low-order corner, and correcting the intuitive interpretation that "approaching the boundary means prime-3 causes near-zero values."
For relationships with other packages, I try to use the words from its own documents, not my interpretation. The W-10 contents fully merged into this package are identical to its standalone page, and are not rendered again here.
"What the searcher found is the seam between the parameter geometry and the arithmetic support graph, but the local start-up order of the seam is determined by the test kernel. When using degree-7 autocorrelation, the entry effect of prime-3 is smoothly compressed by the seventh order. Therefore, 'approaching log3' cannot be directly interpreted as prime-3 causing the near-zero eigenvalue." — Excerpt from Section 4, "Interpretation Correction", of the main document in this package.
