RFP-09: Pressure/Far-Field, Adjoint Distortion, Interaction Efficiency, and Unified Tax Ledger

Pressure/Far-Field, Adjoint Distortion, Interaction Efficiency, and Unified Tax Ledger

RFP-01 through 08 have progressively broken down the possible singularity-formation escapes, from the vague notion of "high-frequency blow-up," into more than a dozen named mechanisms: first-passage source debt, exact parent ancestry, parent-gap escape, spacetime-tube leakage, witness atomization, persistence bottlenecks, packet amplification, packet-output-depth escape, memory-depth escape, temporal congestion, pressure/far-field leakage, adjoint distortion, interaction inefficiency. By RFP-08, the main question is no longer "what other escape names remain," but whether they can be compressed into a finite tax ledger. This round defines a finite scale-invariant core tax vector for the surviving escape mechanisms, proves a uniform selector bound, compresses commutator and band-passed far-field escape into an adjoint-distortion/interaction-efficiency tax, and proves a conditional bounded-tax-certificate compactness/path-closure theorem.
