Synchronous Plateau Compression, Carrier-Depth Propagation, and Fast-Front Source Debt

RFP-02 establishes the regular first-passage instant τ_J(M) for a fixed critical threshold M. This round proves fixed-threshold synchronous first-passage edges form only a finite plateau, with every maximal plateau ending in a source-paying PF-A breaking edge, and the plateau interior an exact dyadic spectral gap. Further proves a hidden positive-time source debt at the deepest plateau scale as the threshold descends, and classifies the remaining fast-front time sequences into three mechanisms: congestion, parabolic, or long-reservoir.
