DRC-04: Cancellation Rigidity, Many-Parent Aggregation, Net-Shell Coherence, and Dissipation-Span Compression

Cancellation Rigidity, Many-Parent Aggregation, Net-Shell Coherence, and Dissipation-Span Compression

DRC-03 reduces the dangerous source residual to R_CAN and R_MULT (plus the already-separated R_DISS, R_DIL, R_ALIGN^src). This round changes strategy: instead of proving the signed cancellation coefficient 𝔠^can is uniformly bounded (signed cancellation is a genuine feature of nonlinear transfer), it asks: once the number of possible high-parent shells is finite, can arbitrarily large cancellation actually prevent a high-parent carrier from existing? Proves signed cancellation can extract a high-parent state carrier without needing to be bounded — once the exact renewal ledger is grouped by regular high-parent shells, finite shell support alone forces a positive net shell contribution. Completes the proof of dissipation-wavenumber forcing splitting: scale-local high-high interactions far above the dissipation boundary are a viscosity-small quantity. So every non-absorbable non-driver transfer parent falls into a finite dyadic interval whose width is controlled by the dissipation-boundary span above the output threshold — parent multiplicity therefore implies dissipation-span escape. R_CAN and R_MULT are therefore removed as independent residual classes.
