Handles the novelty problem that Documents 18 and 20 have consistently marked as "another independent Gate". Exact searches ("696b1", "696.e1", exact Weierstrass equation, equation with BSD, with Fouquet-Wan) found no directly corresponding BSD quadratic-twist family on arXiv. Broad searches (non-semistable full BSD quadratic twist family, Fouquet-Wan quadratic twists BSD, arbitrary reduction BSD elliptic curve twist) found related results such as semistable/specifically named curve families, mod $p$ or mod square results, supersingular/full-BSD families, and the Banwait–Huang semistable algorithm cluster, but this round did not locate a clearly published theorem that directly lists or obviously contains this same positive-density prime family for 696.e1. The document boxes its core epistemological stance: NO HIT ≠ NOVELTY PROOF—failing to find it does not equal proving originality; these are two different things. Therefore, before formally claiming priority or a new theorem, the document lists four tasks still to be done: citation chain tracking on MathSciNet/zbMATH/Google Scholar; searching all papers citing Fouquet–Wan; asking a real number theorist referee to check if this is just a direct corollary of some general theorem; and checking the latest 2026 preprints.
