RH v0.1–v1.0 Final Report & AI Handoff — A unified ledger integrating ten research nodes (Banded Cover → PSD Gram → Dual Obstruction → Support Frontier → Axis Gap → Paley–Wiener Continuation → Interval Certificate → Semantic Revision → Occupancy Operator Family → Local Position Cover), accompanied by precise subsequent AI execution protocols and mandatory stopping rules.
AI_HANDOFF.md within the package explicitly states that six false flags and two true flags must be retained simultaneously: "This is exactly the current research state, not a contradiction," reproduced here as-is. Currently, the highest positive conclusion is limited to interval cover families within abstract models.
This package integrates all ten nodes of this arc, quoting their one-sentence status exactly as is. The next node only has a suggested name; no one has started working on it yet.
