The integration package includes the complete contents of W-14. It expands the 10-dimensional near-zero single-point certificate of v1.6 into the first continuous 2D parameter tube: fixing h, it proves 10⁻⁸<λmin(M(d,σ),G(d,σ))<5×10⁻⁸ for the entire (d,σ) rectangle (radius 4×10⁻¹²). Conservativeness finding: the tube width is primarily limited by the conservativeness of the certificate, not by observed spectral instability.
Regarding its relationship with other packages, I try to use the words from its own documents as much as possible, not my interpretation. The content of W-14 fully merged into this package is identical to its independent page and is not rendered again here.
"High-precision samples show that the actual drift of the lowest spectrum within the tube is only about 2×10⁻¹⁶, but the global exact envelope must reserve a matrix perturbation of about 2.3×10⁻⁸. Therefore, the current tube width is primarily limited by the conservatism of the certificate, not by the observed spectral instability." — Excerpt from the "Conservatism Discovery" section in the main document of this package.
