RCHM × Hodge Research Round R11 · Realizability dominance and gate order

Realizability Dominance, Information-Quotient Ladders, and Gate-Ordered Carrier Verification

Once the safe envelope Q is known, any irreducible divisor carrier inside Q ∩ S must divide the restriction of f to Q, F_C·F_D: unknown Hodge impurity may create signature aliases, but cannot create additional geometrically realizable envelope-relative divisor carriers. It adds an information-quotient ladder (full class, primitive class, annihilator) that types which numerical filters are legal.

R11 bounds realizability from above: impurity can only add signature aliases, not realizable carriers. Once Q is known this is near-tautological (a curve on Q inside S is a component of Q ∩ S); the scope is the 'envelope-relative irreducible divisor model', and it does not claim every representative lies on Q.
