R9: The Exact Two-Gate Mordell–Weil Sieve and Boundary-Tube Forcing on the n = 7/32 Fiber
The first actual computation: simultaneous finite-field square tests at 17 power-of-two reduction primes force any non-boundary solution on the n = 7/32 slice into the torsion coset T_A or T_−B with 2-adic Mordell–Weil coefficient c = ±1 (mod 2^14); stated explicitly to be not yet a fixed-slice nonexistence theorem.
A proof-safe necessary-condition theorem whose status line says it is not a proof.
The wording 'every previously certified good prime … for which the reduction group is a power of two' omitted p = 4,195,001 (the corrigendum of R11; the theorem remains valid, just weaker). The pre-publication read-through re-ran the table and the sieve and reproduced them exactly.
