DMSD Generalized Formal Core v1 — Multiscale Serializable Mathematical Domain, Property-Independent Formalization

Abstracts the prototype into a property-independent core 𝔇 = (G, B, R, L, K, A, M, F, Π, H) with axioms A1–A10 (partition soundness, composition of exact summaries, No False Closure, baseline relativity, baseline–source compatibility, the finite-to-infinite boundary) and a Python reference implementation validated on 2,203 randomized cases. The prime phase is demoted to 'Reference Stress Test A'. Status: FROZEN FOR VALIDATION.

Phase 4 is the specification of DMSD as a whole: a property-independent core with ten axioms, in which primes are only one stress test. 'COMPLETE / Validation: PASS' are self-tests of the specification's own invariants (re-running partition, merge and the UNKNOWN gate here agrees); generality has been exercised with only four plugins (parity, mod 7, square, prime); the paper itself recommends cross-property, cross-runtime validation before v1.1. The reference code dmsd_core.py is in the shipped zip.
