Difference-Saturation Graphs, Three-Term Progression Certificates, and the Binary-Tower Survivor

Shows that the difference-saturation constraints from the Six/Five Exponentials are all satisfied by the infinite binary tower {0, 1, 2, 4, 8, …}, so pure additive combinatorics cannot exclude Type-P descent; defines the Binary Anchored Descent Tower (BADT) and a stop-condition against further difference-halo iteration.

Pure combinatorics reaches a dead end here: the binary tower survives. §55 and verdict item 24 say Type-P elimination 'ultimately only needs' BD = 1; BD = 1 is a necessary-structure statement and would not by itself eliminate Type P (or Type B); R09 §51 states the right relation (the conjecture predicts BD = 0). Otherwise the paper limits itself by declaring a stop condition.
