# CSM_RH Paper 01 v0.1 — Package

This package contains the first closure-space audit after `CSM_RH Paper 00`.

Main result:

- the Weil, fixed-aperture, and major-arc routes share a certified near-extremal-zero witness confluence;
- they are **not** yet a quotient-certified single frontier;
- Weil and major-arc routes share an open aggregation-isolation obstruction pattern;
- fixed aperture has already closed that subproblem through the exact invariant `sigma_h = Delta_zeta`;
- a new explicit frontier `F-RH-004 / MZI` is created for major-arc packet isolation;
- the next `GLM_Backward Search` campaign targets a `LOSSLESS_WITNESS_GLOBALIZER`.

No file in this package claims a proof or disproof of RH.
