# Latent-Memory Initialization Correction v0.2

During SIO-X4-P8 cross-checking, a localized issue was found in the P3 latent-lineage constructor.

At a world's birth height, the old constructor initialized latent memory from body states born at exactly that height. The correct pool is all already-existing body states:

The corrected constructor now uses the full existing pool at birth, then only newly arriving states for later strict improvements.

Activation, generator birth, quotient identity, exact obstruction, and bounded no-Perfect-Cuboid results are unchanged. Only latent-memory lineage histories and downstream counts depending on them are superseded by this correction.
