# WSFC R22 Standalone Reconstructed Package Notes

**Date:** 2026-10-08 · reconstructed-package-v1

The complete R22 paper already exists in R28's Packet D. This edition extracts it byte-for-byte and issues the standalone reading package `WSFC_Round22_Standalone_Reconstructed_2026-10-08.zip`, together with Packet D's targets, obligations, review conditions and dependency list.

This is a standalone package reassembled from an existing copy, not recovery of the original R22 package. The paper's SHA-256 must match the existing R22 download on the website; the package's MANIFEST.json records the R28 source members and hashes of the new package members.

R22's content and mathematical authority are preserved: exact-length tent approximation and a Lipschitz bound for breadth, together with optimizer convergence under the classical uniqueness assumption. This does not prove G0 or promote the status of the entire broadworm or worm problem.

R01's 1/(n−1) and R22's 1/⌊n/2⌋ retain their original difference pending a subsequent formal comparison. This edition does not rewrite the original text to conceal that difference.
