## Result

The **NS_GSM Full Corpus Ingestion v0.2 subsystem is complete** for its declared staged-ingestion scope.

This statement means the runtime can inventory, parse, candidate-register, checkpoint, re-ingest idempotently, query, cross-series-audit, snapshot, and replay an expanded multi-series NS_GSM corpus while preserving v0.1 closure authority invariants.

It does **not** mean every historical NS artifact has been fully content-ingested. The packaged content checkpoint is deliberately mixed:

- C-series: partial;
- RFP Cycle I package: complete series checkpoint;
- MORP Cycle VII package: complete series checkpoint;
- X72: selected milestones;
- DCRP: selected milestones;
- FCBP Cycle VI package: complete series checkpoint;
- Proof Asset Map: canonical index artifact included.

The high X72 candidate count is expected because the packaged v71 checkpoint is cumulative. Candidate counts are extraction records, not independent theorem counts.

The root formal Navier–Stokes target remains:

No source label, series-cycle closure, NO-GO phrase, theorem heading, STOP marker, or cross-series statement match automatically changes root theorem authority.

The runtime generated **219 cross-series exact-statement proposals** and **0 automatic quotients**. Every such proposal remains `NEEDS_REVIEW` until scope, assumptions, representation, and target identity are audited.

## Replay result

The frozen native state SHA-256 is:

The committed ledger contains **1,602 events**. Deterministic replay produces the same state hash exactly.

## Checkpoint semantics

Seven ordered series checkpoints are committed:

Re-ingesting an unchanged checkpoint produces `IDEMPOTENT_NOOP`. A changed source hash creates a revision lineage rather than overwriting the prior artifact.

## Source-semantic safety

The runtime preserves explicit source boundaries such as:

- research-cycle closure versus theorem closure;
- local branch no-go versus root claim refutation;
- survivor versus proof;
- STOP versus failure;
- explicit nonclaims versus inferred authority;
- lineage/dependency versus mathematical implication.

## Verification status

Release closure requires and records:

- full pytest regression pass;
- root target OPEN;
- observed-relative scope;
- 46 content artifacts;
- 1,460 candidate records;
- 7 checkpoint commits;
- 219 review-only cross-series proposals;
- 0 auto quotients;
- deterministic replay exact match;
- wheel build/install smoke;
- ZIP integrity pass.

## Remaining work after v0.2

The next substantive phase is not another abstract CSM paper. It is **coverage expansion and review/promotion**:

1. expand C3–C6 content ingestion;
2. expand X72 and DCRP milestone inventory toward historical coverage;
3. ingest validation/check scripts as typed VALIDATION assets;
4. perform scope/assumption-aware cross-series proposal review;
5. promote only independently validated candidates into native theorem/obstruction objects;
6. reconstruct larger observed-relative frontier without claiming route completeness.

No DCRP106 research theorem is introduced by this release.
